Khooshboo Dani Parekh is the founder of Spacedani, a dynamic platform focused on making space technology accessible and engaging. Through Spacedani, she connects industry leaders, researchers, and enthusiasts, fostering a vibrant community that shares breakthroughs in space exploration and inspires future generations.
Currently, Khooshboo serves as the Director of Space Technologies at Deep Space Therapeutics, where she leads the application of space technologies and research to healthcare solutions, ensuring space medicine advancements benefit astronauts and the broader population. Additionally, as the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Officer on the Board of Directors at SpaceLab, she advocates for diversity, working with leadership to implement inclusive policies.
Her active involvement with the National Space Society includes enhancing the North Houston chapter’s website and promoting space exploration through STEM outreach at events like Comicpalooza. With four years of experience in aerospace engineering, entrepreneurship, and research at the International Space Safety Foundation and the Center for Space Nuclear Research, Khooshboo is a trailblazer in the space industry.
A graduate of the University of Southern California with a Master of Science in Astronautical Engineering, she is also the founder of Kaanha Aerospace, a startup specializing in additive manufacturing to inspire young professionals and advance Industry 4.0 technologies.
